emerge: a Spring equinox retreat for release and rebirth
Join us in Sedona for a transformational retreat of deep connection with yourself and other women.
For the woman who feels the quiet tug towards something more — this is your invitation.
Do you feel called to immerse yourself in beauty and soulful exploration?
You’re invited to an intimate long-weekend transformational retreat in the red-rock magic of Sedona, where ancient landscapes and wide-open skies invite reflection, creativity, and renewal.
Gathering around the Spring Equinox, a sacred threshold of balance and awakening, we meet as the earth emerges from winter’s stillness. This seasonal turning point invites us to do the same—rising softer, clearer, and more deeply connected to ourselves.
From Thursday evening, March 19 through Sunday late morning, March 22, we’ll share a 3-night immersion designed to nourish the nervous system and create space for meaningful inner work—without the intensity of a full-week retreat.
Our days together will unfold gently and intentionally, including shared meals, daily writing, meditation, sound healing, creative exploration, and heartfelt connection within a small, curated circle of women.

Three friends,
one calling
This retreat was born from a shared belief that true healing happens when we step out of our daily lives and into spaces that nourish the whole person—body, heart, and spirit. Each of us has been shaped by motherhood, by change, by loss, and by the quiet wisdom that comes from walking new paths. We have found, again and again, that environment matters—that beauty, nature, and thoughtful care can gently open doors to clarity, restoration, and transformation.
Drawing from backgrounds in integrative health, therapeutic support, healing arts, travel, and creative expression, we have designed this retreat as a deeply held experience. One where nourishment is intentional, creativity becomes a form of listening, and connection unfolds naturally among women who are ready to be seen. This is not about fixing or striving, but about softening—allowing space for reflection, meaningful conversation, and the kind of presence that restores trust in yourself and in the journey you’re on.
At its heart, this retreat is an invitation to walk alongside one another for a few sacred days—supported, witnessed, and reminded that you don’t have to carry everything alone. Here, healing meets beauty, community meets stillness, and something quietly powerful begins to unfold.
